Also Cary and Luca is a wrong ship, it is too much of a repetition of Kalinda, it is as if they let go Archie Panjabi and hired Cush Jumbo as Kalinda to replace her. They could've chosen to explore the gay lawyer's crush on Cary and have a different relationship there. Gosh I really hope this is the last season, otherwise they'll ruin everything with every new episode |
Lucca is a more layered/nuanced/interesting character than Kalinda. By a factor of like, 100. And we barely know much about her, so that's saying something.
And this race episode was great, much better than the disaster that was the S6 one (who remembers the dumb kitchen debate with Alicia + Prady talking down to the black kitchen workers? LOL)
