Personally, I don't think there should be a draft at all. However, women not being required to sign up for it is point-blank misogyny. "You're not required because you're not as [physically] capable as a man" is what that says. Genetically, as a general rule, this is true, but that blanket statement is not very effective as selecting capable people for war.
Like oh how awesome you have a bunch of guys who can barely walk up the stairs let alone survive training camp being required by law to sign up for a draft, yet tons of capable women, including sports enthusiasts/professional body builders/etc. having no obligation to sign up for a draft.
It should really be about actual physical capability rather than perceived ones based on genetics, but as it currently stands, I do think it should be both sexes or none.
