, but I'll try to share what works for me when trying to calm down.
When you start to feel nervous/anxious/whatever, try to breathe in and out slowly filling your stomach with air, not your chest. Focus on your breathing and try to think positive thoughts about yourself and your abilities. It may sound silly but it really works for me and it does wonders beyond having you relaxed for the minute.
A hot shower! Take your time. It will relax your muscles and clear your mind.
