Seahawks quarterback Russell Wilson took a lot of flack from 12s at the start of the season. Now, Seattle is saying sorry.
Wilson has received more than a fair share of media attention, a lot of which has been focused on his relationship with singer Ciara; their Batman birthday; Mexico vacation; and the announcement that they aren't having sex.
As the Seahawks lagged early in the season, their relationship came under fire, many suggesting that it was distracting Wilson.
But that was then. Now the Seahawks are in a winning stretch and ESPN's Kenny Mayne isn't going to let fans off easy. He wanted an apology and that's what he got.
