RR was bigger with its 12 releases but TPP was less damaging. The only damaging parts of TPP is that the best songs sound like songs drake recording in his first sessions and left off his album, a song that rips off kim and biggies and songs that beyonce would do during her 4 era as bonus tracks.
A title like TPP should have strong, classic material...and it wasn't.
That doesn't even get into confusing her audience.
