It's just a clarification just in case word goes out that a cast member or crew member died. They're filming a show and the cast/crew just arrived to Argentina for their second location.

I know where y'all are coming from but at the same time, one of my first thoughts was whether or not someone involved with the show had died or not. It's just another piece of information, and one that could stop potential speculation or rumor. I don't think they meant it to be insensitive.

That line was a case of bad wording. It was included to avoid the onslaught of questions from people wondering if it was someone they knew from the cast or crew that died, not to imply that the deaths are somehow less tragic because the people weren't as well-known.
