Some people complained through the years of Revenge that Emily wasn't a capable actress for conveying emotion/complexity but this film proves that the writers just never tried to (not like they needed to with the kind of show Revenge was). Hopefully this will open the door for more large roles in the future

I'd love to think so but I doubt it, she's a fairly small name in the sea of major Oscar bait actresses releasing this year
