At one point it was the most used ATRL emoticon, fighting against for Best New Hit Emoticon. Everyone thought would last, but that isn't the case. You never see it used anymore, while is still being used and relevant today.
So what is the reason for its disappearance in usage?
I guess most emoticons (aside from some like ) come and go. Like take for instance, people used to use it all the time and now it only pops up on occasion
