IDK. I always just think up a concept or a title or a couple of lines, and go from there.
In this case, I had a title that I wanted to use (I came up with it around dinnertime yesterday) and then I was in bed, half asleep at five am after watching an episode of Transparent and half a season of Faking It and thoughts just
came to me.
The Transparent episode was set at a wedding, and I came up with a few lines vaguely related to marriage. And the whole concept of 'Faking It' really goes along with the title that I already had.
