ATRL's conception of talent, nurtured by talent shows and over the top diva vocals, has ever had any substance to begin with. It's incredible how people can praise "talent!!" while listening to God awful trash music, as if a voice alone is the end all of talent and what's actually being sung is irrelevant. It's like those people don't actually like music.
