Congratulations to her, but she doesn't deserve it.
Her acting is a hit or miss throughout the entire season so far. She is okay, i guess, but not good enough for a Golden Globe nomination.
All the buzz surrounding her name right now and the fact that she's Lady Gaga got her the nomination. There are a lot more actresses far more deserving of a nomination.
This is still her first season. They should have let her get more into the acting aspect, develop her own identity as an actress, feel more confident on TV, and maybe they could have nominated her next year if she's back for S2.
Awesome. Although I've already seen people try it since this isn't a MAIN acting category, but it's still an acting nomination for a Miniseries (since every season of AHS is different).
I can't wait to see her attend an award show officially as an actress, I love looking back at old videos of Cher, and how it seemed like she wasn't taken seriously, but thanks to people like that who carved a path, we're more inclined to accept talents like Gaga who are actually great actors, and it takes nothing away from them music and vice versa.
Even though I'm really happy she ended up getting the nomination anyway.
