Hello I was wondering if we had any vegan atrlers here? I've gone vegan before but that didn't last too long but now I think I'm on it for good this time like my fave. Blah blah lemme stop rambling.
Are you vegan? If so, how is it for you? What's your diet consist of? I imagine there aren't many vegans here but it's worth a try.
Vegetarians/fruitarians are can be included in here as well if there are any
Been so for a few years. I usually just cook a lot of different rice and pasta dishes but sometimes if I want to use less carbs I'll make pasta out of zucchini. Stir fry's are also nice, especially if you add some spices and black pepper. Soup's a simple dish too but it can be quit filling if you have a lot of vegetables and flavour.
As for snacks I usually have like fruit bars or pieces of fruit or something with a houmous dip. I alternate between soy and rice milk and for breakfast I usually have muesli with berries or porridge or something like that.
Nuts, seeds, beans, chickpeas etc. are great for protein and you can always mix them in to your meals.
I actually feel like becoming vegan inspired me to try new foods I wouldn't have otherwise thought of and I feel healthier and have more energy tbh.
But yay it's great that you're going full-time vegan .

No, I'd consider vegetarian but I see no need to go completely vegan tbh. Even vegetarian though... I'm lean enough as it is, I really need meat as a lucrative source of protein and fats to keep me from looking emaciated.
