I'm putting my two weeks in today for mine. It's been a year but the anxiety and stress that comes from working in the grocery industry has taken its toll on my education. I just can't do both at the same time.

Any experiences regarding quitting your job?

Yes, they were going to renew my contract, but I was no longer happy. It was big money, but the job was draining me physically, emotionally, and mentally. I no longer had a social life. I was living for work, not working to live. I told them not to renew it, and I got out of there. One of the best decisions I ever made.

I've quit two part time jobs bur for better ones.
My first job when I was 16 I just stopped showing up; it was too much stress on me.
My second I loved but had to give me two weeks in paper since I was taking a 1 month long vacation.

A couple. First was an apprenticeship but ended up getting another job. Second was due to the job pressure. And just now to get a job related to my degree so hopefully will settle.

I hate having to do it but I'm still young and want to get as much experience as possible

Yes I did ! my first ever job was at a pharmacy and I hated it. I called my mom and I left before lunch hr and still got paid for the 3 hrs.

My second job they fired me over some ********, I gave them a 2 weeks notice that I wouldn't be available for a certain date because I had a regents exam for school and they gave me that day so I told them I was coming late.

I quit my first job at a grocery store. I worked there for a year, and I guess they needed to let some people go, but didn't want to fire anyone. So they decided to try to get us to quit by making us do heavier work. I was signed on as a cashier but they told me I had to work outside and wasn't allowed to come inside the store at all for my entire shift save my break, and this was in the middle of summer with no shade outside and I was like yeah no. I didn't sign on for this type of work, I'm a cashier and should be inside so I quit. I don't regret it

Yes. I quit my job doing telephone fundraising after 11 months due to getting a better job, and due to it affecting me mentally. Best decision ever was leaving that place behind.

I did 4 months of that and had to quit. I even got "caller of the season" or whatever, but NOPE!

I went on vacation and then emailed in my two week notice while on the plane.
