omg how did I know it would be Toronto? The cab drivers there have been particularly pressed about Uber.

In theory I feel bad for them but honestly in Toronto the cab drivers are so hideously aggressive. A certain degree is required but they are straight up foolish. I see one almost mow down a biker or pedestrian like every week.

The cab drivers here are currently "on strike" because of Uber. Glad this was caught on video so that this can be used as the reason why so many Torontonians are making the switch.

I do feel bad for taxi drivers because it's the way their industry is structured requires them to financially invest at all these different stages on a constant basis, and Uber drivers just bypass all of that.

But at the same time, it's not Uber's fault that the Taxi industry thought they would be the only ones to provide this type of service.
