Actually, Rubio could challenge Hillary pretty well. He's probably the only one that could threaten her, maybe Jeb (unlikely, though).
Rubio is the one person latinos wouldn't vote for. He's also the one person with problems managing his finances. I'm expecting his mistress to come out anytime now.
