The card is inspired by the Game of Thrones TV series. The wolf in right upper corner is the House sigil of the family the story focuses on. The saying "winter is coming" is probably the most famous line from the TV series, meaning something like "anything [bad] can happen, so be prepared". The used font is quite similar to the official one, although it isn't exactly the same I think. The overall mood of the pic is rather bleak, similarly to the TV series. That's the explanation of the theme...
