Because Wildfire (and Lionheart) is much better. Stone Cold is nothing memorable. Everything about it screams album track.

I agree Wildfire would be an amazing single choice but it will be paid dust. Lionheart on the other hand...

It just doesn't have a strong hook and doesn't sound like a smash.

She should and she should make a video too. her voice sounds incredible on the song. it also shows how much she has matured as a vocalist.

But i want to know why you think that tho I think the song will do amazingly cause it's such a meaningful song and it shows Demi as a vocalist which is what she's getting recognition for right now?

People call her uptempos generic trash here and now they're trashing the idea of her releasing a ballad. She can't win. There's nothing wrong with her releasing Stone Cold. The GP seemed to love the performance she did of it on SNL and it rose a lot on iTunes after that. Plus, she hasn't released a ballad since she's became a popular radio artist so I think it'll be smart to try one out and see how it does, especially since the underrated bop Confident wasn't as big as it deserved to be. Time to try something different. She can always release another uptempo after if it flops. I can't at people saying Lionheart would be a better choice.

Old Ways is probably my favorite on the album but I don't think it's single worthy at all I feel like it's too dated and the meaning itself seems a little odd for a single

It's the best song on the album so it should be.
