This week I really took a step back and wrote what "felt right".

Aww how adorable! But this felt like a poem to me. A good poem, mind you! I'll just act like I can't pick up what you're throwing down and assume this actually does have a melody and it's a country song, because that's what it feels like to me. But why does the baby have his sister's smile... This really is a country song!
Wait ar Huga actually liking my song! akskfkgal not the sister smile comment

I love your use of storytelling, it really captured my interest and had me hooked to the song. What I think might have been even more effective was if you used first-person – just a personal thing really, but imagine… . So your language is great, and the songwriting is really beautiful. I don’t know how this would be sung, maybe like a folk song or something, but it’s well done.
So glad you love my storytelling, I always love doing storytelling songs. And I'm actually shocked you rather have it be told in first person since my songs are always more praised when they're in third.
Also, for my audio class, my final is to mix Bohemian Rhapsody. We are given the raw session with all the tracks. Because the song is so HUGE the teacher usually makes the students split up and half of them work on mixing vocals, half of them on the music and then you partner up and combine them. However, this quarter there are like 4 of us so he wants us to do it all and I attempted some mixing today and the amount of vocal parts alone
Pray for me please, this is gonna be both an exciting and hellish project. The vocals alone are more complex that what our faves have ever done nn. We have to pick what is usable and what is not and it's just so stressful to even begin. That is without even starting on the actual music.
That is so cool. I've only ever dissected a cow's eye, a starfish, and a squid (and we got to write with the squid's ink it was kind of awesome). I may or may not have also dissected a sea urchin, I don't remember, it was years ago
I still have them occasionally but they're for people in Holy Trinity. I mean y'all can come but I figure I haven't been involved in this game for weeks, if y'all really wanted a chat you could make one yourselves
