I just kinda live with them for now cause the ceiling in my room is leveled to place some light fixtures up there so that's probably where they all live. Besides, they're harmless most of the time and I heard they actually eat flies & mosquitoes so that's not so bad
lately ive been tryna be healthy by blending greens (like kale) with diff fruits and kale ha overpowering taste

Mess get a juicer. It's like a blender but it removes the solids. Celery is great with too. I can never taste the kale with my fruits tbh. U can use spinach instead of kale? It's hard to find kale here so sometimes i use spinach.
