It's all my very first songs EVER so don't judge to harshly, Im currently working on a new better project due next year, I know more than I knew back then(when I first started) and I have more funding this go around so it's pretty exciting!

SO mastering is adding the sound effects? For atmosphere? I still need to learn a lot of things
When I made that tune, I added distorted vocals for atmosphere lol and also many effects on the instruments, because when they are plain, they sound cheesy to me. I add lots of reverb, echo, and make other other tweaks
Bruh EQ-ing, Compressing, mixing and mastering is mostly about making sure frequencies dont clash.
Start with making beats and when you get good at that start looking at mixing tutorials.
