He didnt pay them. They got significant exposure on youtube being African-American Trump supporters who had a bit of comedy in their videos. Since then, theyve been on all of the major poltiical networks (FoxNews, CNN, MSNBC). Their profile was raised, and they were invited to speak at a Trump rally.
