Unless Gigi recruited her when she first visited the Kappa house when that Dorkus girl was killed. Boone is probably the one who killed her, and saw Grace. And he introduced her to Gigi, who explained everything, and recruited her in the team.

That's very likely tbh. She visited a year before, that's plenty of time for her to have been recruited.
Also, the tazing thing in Episode 3, she did that to keep her innocent image.
