I don't get the big deal about the bail thing. All accused people are offered bail unless there's a flight risk or high chance the person will commit a crime before the trial. He is due back in court and he'll not likely rape (another?) girl with eyes on him and even a GPS bracelet.
What do you mean surrender himself? He's due in court this week. He's already been arrested and charged. Now he's awaiting trial.

They're only mentioning her cuz she bailed him out.
Nicki needs to be smarter about this. She should've transferred/wired money/assets to her mother or an agent or something and had someone else bail him out. That way she could've avoided some of these headlines. This is all so horrible.
