I hope this stops the army from discussing about other artists their ballads and start talking about how and why britney doesn't have a top 10 ballad despite releasing a **** load of them which is what this thread is about
The OP/title actually doesn't specify a country, so this thread should have been over as soon as the Army pointed out Britney had two #1 ballads in the UK.
Right. Not to mention that slobro and Bounce are always branding users who only start posting something negative about Gaga as pressed and obsessed individuals yet their obsession over Britney is unrivalled. Welp.
In The Zone, according to the Army, sold 8M WW in 2003.
Born This Way sold +6.3M WW in 2011 in a different climat.
They're both so close yet ITZ was released in a much, much better climat. Anyhow, Everytime isn't a Top 10 hit, so there's no point in bringing this up xo.
I guess by their logic ITZ is as big as 1989 AKA the biggest album of 2014

Artists like Adele and Taylor Swift prove it's possible to reach these numbers and more even in the current climate, Gaga just wasn't successful enough to do it.
