UV was at 1.2 million by the end of 2014 and it was charting in the US til the end of the tour plus overall sales around the world for nine months, so it for sure did something around additional 200k.
Stop trying it with the tactics to lower the sales of BTW and pimp up the sales of Artpop just to make the drop look smaller. It ain't working.
And the OP should be the last person on earth to ever start a thread about slumps that appear in any kind, shape or form.

Why are you saying that in order to be a fan of someone you need to know their sales? I know you may stan for sales, but I don't, and clearly I don't really know any of my fave's sales by heart (but I am pretty sure IFPI released the 2.3M number for ARTPOP).
What I am saying is that 5.2M-->1.4M is a sales slump, and that is what the OP is asking.
