Gaga's brand + peak's bigger than Britney's. On top of that Gaga's brand isn't joked about by the general public like Britney's.

Hard to quantify. In half the time Gaga made tens of millions more than Britney though...
Currently Gaga's brand is obviously much bigger. But Brit merchandising in the early 2000s was insane and her fragrances do very well.
