What is this from? It's so creepy

This is an old one. I think I first saw it on the Femme Fatale thread. It's some lady lighting hairspray or something in a can on fire and using it to light a cigarette. I think I remember hearing it was from some Dutch or Scandinavian Big Brother show. I remember it being pretty funny, but maybe it isn't what I remembered. Still, its been YEARS.
