I know Gaga did an amazing job at the Oscars, but that wasn't modern pop.

This performance is AMAZING. Especially the final 40 seconds.

I'm not even a Demi stan, but this blows my mind every time.

Her voice kept squeaking and cracking though?

It's not always about the vocals being perfect.

(Even though I thought they were pretty perfect myself, and absolutely outstanding towards the end.)

No. I was cringing at her voice cracking/squeaking.

I was praying the entire performance that she wouldn't try doing the high note, and thank god she didn't.

It was good, but definitely not greatest anything. It's not even Demi's best vocal
