Has Michelle Obama Been Pigeonholed As First Lady?
She's a brilliant woman but I feel for the past 7 years no one truly talks about how brilliant she is. All I hear discussed is what she wears. A Jackie Kennedy, style over substance kind of First Lady. It's disappointing. Michelle is so much more than just an arm piece.
I would have loved to see her more akin to the Hillary Clinton/Eleanor Roosevelt model.
I don't know, I just feel she could have done so much more. I hate that her biggest and only accomplishment will be Let's Move!
Um, if it was a choice between being first lady or being nobody, i'm pretty sure she's happy to ride her husband's coattails to the white house.
I mean, god, it's not as if she's Hilary or something special. Her biggest achievement was marrying the right guy.
She has a B.A. from Princeton and law degree Harvard and was working as a lawyer when she met her husband. Her background is more impressive than a number of our past presidents.
