Honestly, in 2015, Coldplay. I love Britney, but come on. Coldplay has more appeal to different demographics, they're still seeing good sized success, etc. Britney would have been perfect years ago.

Justin is a guy. Also he was a teen sensation like Britney was expept Britney was bigger than him. Teens buy into the whole fad a lot more than adult Britney can't cater to teens.

It took Taylor many years to get to where she is while Britney got there right off the back see 1989 (5th or 6th album. i dont remember) and OOPS (2nd album).
Ed Sheeran also a guy. His music is different than Britney's. He sings more about break ups and a lot of people can relate to that. Britney has done well with her break up song Everytime, but continues to show versatility which Ed cannot.

Gwen is a close example, but she flopped before this. She stuck with the same formula as before and thought she could have a hit. It didn't work. Britney is more versatile.
Britney isn't a fad like Coldplay. She was in the game longer than they are and she will continue to be here. Her career was seriously damaged in 2007, but she came back in the game after that and killed it. So she's doing okay now. Any artist including Coldplay can't go through that kind of career decline and come out on top again as a big artist. Not now not ever.

Continue to do_______ vs Britney threads. That trend will never go away because Britney is the only artist to be compared to.

Another thought: Calvin Harris is bigger than Coldplay so maybe he should do the Superbowl instead.

Coldplay just won't bring in the numbers that Britney can even now. I don't see how they're more relevant than Britney. Tours do not mean that you can pull off the Superbowl, a televised event. Britney has done more televised events than them and she was more relevant in that aspect. Britney is the bigger artist. People would sit through the Superbowl to see her. I don't think I can say the same for Coldplay, but I guess we'll find out when they preform at the Superbowl so I can get back to you on that. I don't need to repeat myself. You can reread through my posts if you'd like.
