Of course his tour grossed more, not even THAT much more. He was coming off of a LONG break. His album was also split in two. Part One sales are comparable to self-titled. Part Two went only platinum. And Beyoncé had many platinum singles from self-titled, on top of having a 3x platinum single with
Drunk In Love.
You look foolish trying to downplay the success off her albums by saying "in any way". He didn't have a single that was #1 for 10 consecutive weeks (
Irreplaceable). Nor did he win a Grammy for SOTY, as well as have huge single (Single Ladies is still the best selling single by a black female at over 5M+) and album sales, which IASF had.
Of course his album would be bigger than a Rap/Hip-Hop album.
I get you're trying to prove he's on the same level (which he is), but undermining Beyoncé to do so, isn't cute.
Stop using race for every Goddamn thing, it's ****ing embarrassing and invalidates your genuinity when discussing race when the discussion warrants it.
