Overall : The album is a very messy album but still full of bops and good tracks. It seems like she just recorded a bucketload of songs and added whichever ones she thought were good and would do good on the charts. If the album tracklist was shortened to 13 it would be more cohesive and a better overall project. I mean, the standard edition is 19 tracks alone If she had took off some songs [SITL, Gunshot, etc.] it would be much, much better.

PF:RR is one of those love it or hate it albums. Personally, I love it, for the most part. I do think she suffers from the same syndome as Ellie, cuttingroomflooritis (the inability to leave any tracks on the cutting room floor), and the bonus tracks (including Turn Me On) are all better than most of the album tracks, but it's a solid pop-rap album.
