MPs have voted by 397 to 223 to authorise UK air strikes against so-called Islamic State in Syria.
Prime Minister David Cameron argued in a Commons debate that action against the "medieval monsters" of IS was legal and would "keep our country safe".
Labour leader Jeremy Corbyn said the case for war "does not stack up" - but his party was split, with senior Labour figures voting with the government after the 10-hour debate.
you're either ill-informed or a genuine idiot if you support these attacks. these things don't work with some perfect movie veneer when you can just ditch some bombs on the evil enemy hq and it's all sunshine and rainbows afterwards.

i'm annoyed, but sadly i can't say i'm surprised.
Neither, if one I'd say 'ill-informed'. I'd rather be making a symbolic stand against terrorism that just sit back and let others get their hands dirty.
2003 is probably saying "I bet you thought you'd seen the last of me".
I don't think it'll help. It'll probably make things worse. In 10 years there'll be another terrorist group, another enemy, another country because of this. I hope I'm proven wrong.
Thinking of all the innocent people that will be affected by this.. horrible
Do you think of all innocent people having no life and being opressed under the daesh regime? I think not, get real, those monsters need to be destroyed.
People that are not for these attacks are ill-informed and idiots, we cant be sitting ducks waiting for the next attack, we need to do something now and some innocent people will die but it will save millions aswell, think of it that way
