I just have to say that #5 is so underrated. She's hilarious, and the poor girl is always the one who gets yelled at/blamed

I think it's pretty clear that Pete is not the RD. If he was, why was he only THEN acting all weird and guilty? It wouldn't have made him feel anything if he was part of a big revenge murder plan. I think it's pretty clear that he just murdered someone random, most likely Chad in self defense (or maybe on accident).

I think the contenders are Grace and Hester. I never thought Cathy had anything to do with this stuff but last night's episode made me kind of suspicious.

Not them saying Grace's mom is still alive even after they've explained over and over again she's dead it's not even a Chanel #2 conspiracy tea, I think they genuinely don't know she's dead

Alright here's my currant theory.

Grace is the red devil. We've been tipped off the last episode with what she said about what Wes saw of her talking to the Red Devil last episode and she said it was Pete and innocent.

I think that the person that killed Gigi is different though and that it's Pete who went using his own costume we saw in ep 1 to get some information and ended up killing her. I think he was tipped off by Wes and were working together during the thanksgiving accusations. Wes blamed Grace and then Pete blamed Wes all trying to get her to crack about her guilt or show how she'd be willing to deflect the accusations towards even her father.

I think killing Gigi is what he's feeling guilty over and that explains his conversation with Grace earlier in the episode, about how killing someone you think is the red devil doesn't mean you're doing the right thing. I think that he might've just been trying to save the Dean as well because he knew she wasn't involved and that the final RD had to be someone who is younger.

I think in the phone call it was Wes telling him they had to follow through and find who it was for sure.

The Arianators are a HOOT. The way they all started saying "it was a dream!" when her death scene leaked then said "she's the killer! She and Boone were just playing aroun!" when the episode aired. Lord.

It just kinda feels like a reach, but I guess it would make sense. I'd be here for it. But they need to tread lightly next episode so they can juggle everything well.

BTW as a past film grade some evidence supporting Grace as the red devil killer is the set design and staging. It was definitely overboard this episode.

She often has red gel lighting flashing across her face. Especially in this episode when she walks into Pete's room and is in bed with him and is talking with KKT about killing Dean

Also one big clue I think is that when she was leading Pete to bed the closet with the red devil costume was behind her while eery music played and she talked about being alone with him discussing the case

Come to think of it it's something that I've picked up on a lot and I remember noticing at times with Gigi and Boone as well.

I'm pretty sure I am reaching a bit. There's going to be a hell of a lot of flashbacks next episode to make sense of everything no matter what actually happens. I'm still sure that Grace is the killer.

About Pete I think that could go either way. But I'm convinced that it wasn't a bathtub baby that killed Gigi but an outsider. The only people who'd fit into that is them or Wes

If it was who I said I think the thing that's throwing the wrench into my theory is why he wasn't feeling guilty when we first saw him and then all of a sudden seemed to. Unless he killed Chad behind the scenes. Or a randomer during black friday.

The preview basically confirms that Grace is the Red Devil. When Zayday takes the mask off the person has a hat on and you can sort of see blonde hair :jonny

Also, could the characters shown in the preview be the survivors? I don't see why they would put the ones that die in it.
