With the plot laid out in front of us I think it's easy for us at this point to pin it all on Grace. I think the final two hours are going to completely mess with our version of events if a bunch of flashbacks are thrown in.
That theory gets messy & starts to fall apart once it starts talking about Thanksgiving & from then on. But up until then, it's SPOT ON. It also explains what our "big hint" (which Ryan originally said was a big line) was. Book HA.

We never clocked the idea that Gigi convinced her she was the baby. That would give further reason for why she'd be upset about the painting exposing the two babies.
