Discussion: Being Christian/Muslim/Jewish and wearing occult fashion ?

Personally, I fell in love with this sweater http://www.karmaloop.com/product/The...n-Black/538975 but I can't wear it cause it represent baphomet which is part of the occult/satanic culture. I was wondering and hopefully raise a discussion with atrlers, can a person be somehow religious and yet still dress in occult inspired fashion ?

It's just clothes. It's not as if you're a Satanist by wearing it. Just like wearing a shirt with Buddha on it wouldn't make you a Buddhist or Ganesh shirt wouldn't make you a Hindu etc?

I bought a similar jumper from Black Scale as well, as I really love the brand. It features baphomet & Adam & Eve on either side - An older man spat & swore at me as I was walking down the street yelling something about "Diablo".

I do kinda agree but I wouldn't like to wear something with a Baphomet and an upside down pentagram on it as it might make people think a certain way about me and I'm not about that life.

I mean, I went through a phase where I had a cross and star of david on one necklace chain. What you put on your body is your business (unless it disrupts the professional setting). Everything means something a little different to each person.

Wait. How much should a sweater be then? Isn't a cheap sweater like $50? $80 is pretty cheap, albeit the pattern of this particular sweater is really ugly, but it's embroidered and you pay more for products that use more manual labor.
