To be honest, I believe a lot of what they do is calculated, and not just on YouTube. Like every time they tweet "Ugh I'm so hot. I was going to take my shirt off but then I realized it was already off." they know exactly what they're doing.
I could be giving them more credit than needed, but they can't be completely stupid if they managed to get a million subscribers off of just being cute.
With that said, I don't really care because sometimes they can be funny and I do think they're genuinely nice guys. They just took a good opportunity and ran with it, and like...bitch I would too.

I did mean dumb in an affectionate way though. Like an adorable dumb 
A weird album opener since the song doesn't really go anywhere, her vocals aren't particularly interesting and it's overall a bit flat.
