Posting this in large font so the Britney fans don't miss it this time!
Through four weeks, “American Horror Story: Hotel” was averaging a 3.7 rating in adults 18-49 and 6.9 million viewers overall in Nielsen’s “live plus-3” estimates, up 7% in the demo and 1% above the scores of “Freak Show” one year ago. It wins its Wednesday timeslot in same-day demo ratings over the broadcast network dramas (“Nashville,” “Chicago PD” and “Code Black”).

Acclaim - For Toxic (which received a Grammy) - check
And she was on a break from touring at the time after releasing a greatest hits album which have outsold Gaga's last two studio albums combined.

Poor knee stans have nothing to stan for, knee used to have beauty but she lost it, nowadays she looks like baked prostitute in her 40's trying to revive her good years, she used to be charismatic nowadays she has the personality of a rotten potato, her mental breakdown not only burn many of her brain cells but destroyed her soul too, she used to be a good dancer nowawadays she's a Casino act lipping for her life while doing half assed choreography. I mean what's left to stan for? She's not even a gifted vocalist, she's just a mediocre pop star who got old and has a bunch of melancholic gays thinking she will magically become 2001ney. The fact that they freak out when she's able to lift her leg or when they see there's life in her eyes.

You're completely off from what we're talking about. We're talking about US digital sales, and you're posting WW digital sales. A mess.
"Hollaback Girl" sold 1.2M in US during 2005. 353 million digital tracks were sold 2005, and 1.336B were sold 2012 creating a multiplier of 3.784. 1,200,000 * 3.784 = 4,540,800 which is what slobro was talking about honey. That's perfectly reasonable, that it, a #1 hit, sold 4.5M in 2012 adjusting.

And as slobro pointed out, it can't be done with physical singles accurately because lots of singles weren't released, they were out for a limited time (versus digital singles being available forever), limited amounts were made and they stopped shipping once a criteria was met unlike albums, etc. It's really a completely different situation. Labels didn't choose not to release albums, labels didn't make limited amounts to last a few months, etc like with physical singles.
I notice you completely left out a reply on how VEVO was gonna be included in SEA.
