Sis, that's adjusted albums (i.e. multiplying the sales). There's no grounds for that method unlike music consumption.
Album equivalents are sales (11.3M for 21), TEAs (~28M for 2.8 equivalents, I'm guessing) and SEAs (no clue for just the U.S.) It's basically at 14M without SEAs but its catalog sales will easily push it past Double Diamond by the end of the decade.
Shania still has the second biggest peak after legend Whitney, though Adele will at least snatch Shania before the decade's up.
Why do you keep using album equivalents to compare albums from like 2014 to 1992? That literally makes no sense?
Even with TEA, there was only 367.3M album equivalents in the US last year. Versus 785M pure album sales alone, in 2000.
You can't compare two periods that far apart at all in sales without adjusting.
The Voice ratings Xtina is kinda expendable on that show.
Of course Myth X is expendable on that show. I mean, she hasn't been able to tour in almost a decade because none want it, do you really think people would be tuning in to watch her?
