That's not analogous. The wheelchair in the Paparazzi video served a functional purpose. Gaga had just been pushed off a balcony and couldn't walk, hence the wheel chair. Just like when Gaga broke her hip and needed a wheelchair.

There is no such context here. It's just Kylie using the chair as an accessory. Ooh, how chic and edgy . The disabled girl is right.
