Why are mainstream magazines able to publish photos like this of underage models?

I do not get the obsession this forum has with 'underage' people.

In England the legal age of consent for sex is sixteen... Lucky Blue is seventeen.

Not only that but these pictures are not sexual or ****ographic in any way shape or form.

He's shirtless, yes - so what? So if a newspaper published pictures of a sixteen year old at the beach shirtless and someone posted them on here that would be wrong or illegal?

I get some people are going to find these pictures 'hot' and depending on the users' ages some people may find that weird or wrong - but these are not sexualised pictures, there's no teasing, there's no hint of his pubic region or ass crack showing like we've seen in some other photo shoots (Nick Jonas for example)

If your definition of ugly is someone who graces the cover of multiple magazine worldwide, leads nation-wide ad campaign, walks on runways of well-known designers, signed to 6 agencies in fashion capitals and ranks in top 50 male models - then you must be a stunner.

No but this is what I'm trying to get across - the people in this thread that objected to him being 17 were not quoting anyone that had left any gross comments (in fact there's like one comment here that says something like 'dhjehefoe yes').

If there were loads of highly sexual comments I could understand it, but all I'm saying is it seems that the second anyone under the age of 18 is posted on here and people compliment them (even if it's just an innocent comment like this guy is gorgeous or whatever) everyone jumps on the thread saying it should be removed etc.

It has nothing to do with wanting to hook up with 16 year olds.

But anyway as I said - in most countries the age of consent for sex is 16 anyway so surely calling a 17 year old guy hot isn't that big of a deal?
