From what I've seen, "Russian Roulette" isn't as popular as it was expected to be. It doesn't have the appeal that almost all of Rihanna's other singles had.

Dont underestimate Russian Roulette. Take A Bow surprised us all last year.

I won't be surprised if it does great, but "Take A Bow" was appealing to me on the first listen. "Russian Roulette" still hasn't done anything for me, but I can't to hear The Wait is Ova and the rest of the album!

It will do great trust me. Its the first single and I think this is one strategic move for Rihanna. Lead singles always accumulate larger interests from fan and non-fans alike, thus releasing (maybe) the least favorable track from the album as the first single is an ingenious marketing of singles powerplay in the field. Dance tracks for the latter releases will help her album maintain sales.

BTW, Lady Gaga should #1 by tom.

I don't think Russian Roulette will get #1, definitely top 3 though. I thought that TAB was a #1 waiting to happen the first time I heard it, not getting the same feeling with Russian Roulette, but we shall see.
