At this point you can expect a terror attack at any moment in any part of the world. They're constantly being planned and attempted but thankfully we don't even hear about half of them because they're thwarted.
I'm kind of on the fence. Whilst I think something needs to be done, I don't think another war is the answer considering war is partly the reason there's so many issues in the first place.
