Lupita Nyong'o might be an in-demand cover girl now, but a decade earlier she was just a 'production runner' on the Nairobi set of The Constant Gardener.
One of the 32-year-old Oscar winner's job duties was escorting Ralph Fiennes - the leading man in the 2005 political thriller - to and from his tent to the set.
'Ralph is a very still man on set,' the Eclipsed thespian recalled in the December edition of Rhapsody Magazine.
'It would be very quiet, and that made me uncomfortable. I’d try to make chitchat, asking, "What's your favorite film? Of all the films you’ve been in, which have you enjoyed the most?"
He was so polite, and he responded to me. At one point, though, he just said, "Lupita, give me my space."'
