Yeh Popjustice created so much hype for 'Happy'
Its a good song, but definitely one of her weakest singles.
I really hope the review they have given for 'The Fame Monster' is gonna rise to my expectations. 'Bad Romance' has an incredible chorus, and from what this site has said, 'Dance In The Dark' will be a masterpiece 8/8

I guess the other artist wasn't willing to be on it but not have it on their GH.

Ehmz, "For the Record: ;]
Gaga made Telephone (no intentions to give away or keep yet), some Britney producer found it somehow and then it went on with the story Britney's people went crazy!
So ehmz, Gaga didn't make it for Britney

NOT

March 2009, Darkchild twittered that he and Gaga wrote "Telephone" for Britney, saying they didn't put it on Circus and that it should be out. Meaning it was turned down for whatever reason and now Gaga is using it.
I'm intrigued to hear it. The description sounds cool. Not too excited about Beyonce though. Though it says she raps, so it might be hot.

It was intended for PCD, but Britney's manager heard it and asked for it - GaGa creamed her panties because she couldn't wrap her mind around writing for a song for the Queen Of Pop, B recorded it, Britney ended up not using it on Circus, asked for it again for the Singles Collection, GaGa decided she wanted to be on the track WITH B instead, Britney refused to make it a duet, GaGa asked Beyonce to join her, and the rest is history.

Or GaGa decided to use it on The Fame Monster and asked to feature Britney, Britney obliged but asked for it go on TSC aswell, GaGa didn't agree and then asked Beyonce to feature instead.
Who knows.

I doubt that was the case. What harm would it be to put the song on both albums? I think Britney wanted the song to herself. Hey, Britney could have not even wanted the song for her GH collection, PJ may just be spreading rumors. Never know.

Well if it was GaGa feat Britney and it's on two albums then when it's released as a single there's no guarantee buyers will buy TFM instead of TSC which is obviously what GaGa wanted.

Britney fans would obviously buy Britney's and GaGa's fans would buy her's. I still don't see a Lady GaGa feat. Britney EVER being the case. Always the other way around. Not to toot Britney's horn or anything, but TOOT TOOT.

I personally just don't see Britney as a featuring artist, like ever. Not because she's Britney Spears, but truly I can't see it. The collabo with Kevin was just horrible. The same goes for Madonna too. When she did "MATM", it was so weird and it seemed like there was no point of her being in it. Some people are just not collaborating artists. I also feel to be a heavy collaborator, you don't have much of an unique sound. If you can just get on anyone's track, you're not your own artist.

I don't have anything against it, I just don't see it happening with anyone other than like Madonna or something (and the funny thing is that she already sang with Madonna and had M as the guest vocalist). Nothing against GaGa, but she's a new artist. She's not a veteran like everyone is piping her up to be.
Britney wouldn't gain a thing from a featured track in this day and age. GaGa would get way more exposure from being involved with Britney Spears. The good thing about Beyonce/GaGa is that they're both even, so they both gain equally. That's either a really good thing for GaGa or a really bad thing for Beyonce seeing as how one is brand new and the other is 12 years into her career...

Well it's true in that sense. Britney featured on another artist's song doesn't/wouldn't do anything for HER. She's just on there. That's because she's big in her own. (Well IDK, the media loves Britney so it could work, but still.) Whereas if it were Britney feat. GaGa, or even still GaGa feat. Britney, GaGa would still get the gain because she's new and growing. That's how "MATM" worked. Brit was still growing into that mature/artistic level (away from the bubblegum pop_, while Madonna being featured did nothing really for her. She was just on the track.
