Well she's Avril Lavigne, she's a worldwide act (yet most of her views come from the US)
Maybe the songs haven't been that high on the charts but also her music is not like the current one you know, is not that on trend but still she's a video force after all this years PLUS she's damn gorgeous (that also helps when it comes to increase views)
