Won't be surprised? Girl, she ain't even getting a CONSIDERATION for an Emmy, let alone a nomination.
It's not Taraji's fault. She is brilliant, as proven by Season 1. But this season, she's a mess just like everything else on the show. Lee has ruined her character. All she does is scream at people and drag Lucious. It's such a shame, because Cookie was such a great character.

The show ended in the last 2 episodes of Season 1 after Lucious found out he was ALS free.

the storyline is a mess rn

I watched part of one episode the other day at my mom's house (she loves the show) where they found Cookie's sister on a couch outside all homeless n junk and then she threw up on Vivica A Fox's shoes. It looked alright and the acting is great but I never got all the hype and still don't.

The plot is unrealistic and stupid. It's like they ran out of ideas.
