I think they are serious they leaked the ending

But this:

Grace is revealed to be the killer after Chanel and Wes find out she's his daughter. Channel gives a really long Chanel-like speech about accepting Wes as her real dad despite the fact that he's poor and creepy. It's actually kind of sweet. Grace shoots him in the head and then does her whole I'm The Killer monologue.

The last scene has Zayday, the Chanels and Hester in a room with a judge getting blasted for withholding so much from the police. The judge sentences them to community service to be completed at Camp Sunwater.

Community service for leaving out information from the police? Bye

That person said he didn't watch the Dorkus episode, just The Final Girls one so maybe those things are clarified in that episode. Who knows really but I would love that ending.

Honestly, his fate is kind of ambiguous. Grace stabs him like 10 times after he saves Chanel, each time he makes little comments about how much pain he's in but a Radwell never hits a lady ("unless it's with a car" --there was more to that line but I can't remember it).
