I think that's an actual speech impediment. It's not a "gay lisp" it's just a lisp. When people say "gay voice/lisp" they usually mean a nasal, higher voice with a more feminine inflection and drawn out vowels. He sounds "normal".

this is true tbh. he might have an overbite or an under bite. apparently those conditions affect your speech because the tongue to teeth and jaw ratio or w/e is distorted a little.
