Will there still be options to disable avis to make the site run faster, or will those be redundant because avis won't affect the speed?

I'm still worried for avis because idk if IPB4 is able to just link a pic instead of actually uploading it as one.

For my avi, I just copy-pasted the link that was already on tumblr, then it allowed me to choose which part of the image I wanted as the square. Like when you make a facebook profile picture, but works with gifs and existing links as well.

Porygon can you you just copy and paste gifs or do you have to post the url crap still

If you right-click an avi here and open it on another tab, you get, for example, the imgur link. But on IPB4 when you do that, you get a link as a file on ATRL, right? Or is it different? And will there be a size limit though?

I want to know this too. I'm from a Brazilian forum that allows copy and paste gifs without embed a url. It's very confortable. Please, make it possible.
